To upload your documents simply click on ‘upload’ under the document type you are uploading or drag and drop the document under the corresponding document type. You'll find specific instructions for each documents type when you click on upload.
If the image/file you upload is blurry or doesn’t look like the correct document type you will see a pop-up letting you know to try again or upload a new document.

Common documents for salaried clients who are UAE residents:
- Residential address proof.
- Emirates ID.
- Passport copy.
- Residency visa.
- Salary certificate with date of joining, current position, company signature and company stamp.
- 3 to 6 months personal bank statements .
Common documents for UAE Nationals:
- Residential address proof.
- Emirates ID.
- Passport copy.
- Salary certificate with date of joining and position) with company signature and stamp.
- 3 to 6 months of personal bank statements.

Our internal team makes sure all your documents are correct and reach out to you if we need any further documents from you to complete your application. They do not go to the bank until we have made sure everything is correct.
