After you’ve agreed on the valuation of the property, we need to confirm the final amount and terms and conditions you will request from the bank, these will be the same terms confirmed in the pre-approval. Our team will then send this request to the bank on your behalf.
If the bank approves, they’ll notify us that the final offer letter (FOL) is ready to be signed. You will need to sign this document in person at the bank.
If the bank doesn’t approve, we will notify you and check there are other bank offers we can apply for instead. This will depend on whether you are eligible for other bank offers or not. Your mortgage account manager will guide and support you through this process.
